Returns and Exchanges
The item must be unworn and in excellent condition. Please check for any damages before wearing/washing as we not accept liability for faults after the item has been worn.
Return the items to us attached with all original labels within 14 days of delivery and in their original packaging. Returns costs are at your own expense (unless the item is faulty as agreed with Accessories Room Returns Department)
Please use the return address form provided with our delivery note and fill in the form to let us know why you want to return the item to us.
Refunds will be paid once we have received the goods and accepted their condition. Returns can take up to 10 working days to process. Postage will be refunded if we have made an error and shipped the wrong item or there is a fault with the product.

Our Exchange Policy
The original item must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
We do not cover your shipping cost back to us
We do not accept exchanges on sale items
Our policy states that you can only exchange items of the same monetary value or more. Alternatively you may return the original item for a refund and purchase a newer, lower priced item.
When the replacement item is more expensive than the original item, email the Accessories Room Returns Dept at email@example.com with your orginial purchase order number. Our department will supply a "unique" coupon code for the value of the original returned product. This coupon code can be used when purchasing the more expensive product at checkout.
Follow the return instructions on the returns slip enclosed within your original parcel and mail it back to us with the item within 14 days of receipt.
Exchanges are shipped free of charge.
All exchanges are based on availability of stock.
