Accessories Room is a small online UK-based business. We aim to answer your emails within 24 working hours of you sending them.  We appreciate all of our loyal customers and would love to hear from you so email us any feedback and queries!

WHAT IS THE FIT LIKE ON THE STYLE I HAVE CHOSEN?

All our items have a fit description specified in the item description. Being an accessories company, most of our items are one size meaning that in more cases than not, one size fits most.


THE STYLE I HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

Although it’s rare, very occasionally your item may be out of stock. We make every effort to prevent this, but keep checking our ‘new arrivals’ for updates on the website. We appreciate your understanding should this occur.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?


Most items take 2-3 business days from purchase date to receive unless stated otherwise in their description. International orders will also take longer.

ARE YOUR PAYMENT GATEWAYS SECURE?

Shop with us in confidence as our payment gateways are 100% secure. We use Elavon services which is highly secure & have buyer protection schemes in place.


DID MY PAYMENT GO THROUGH?

All customers should receive an email with an order number once the order has gone through successfully. If you are still unsure, please email talktous@accessoriesroom.com & our team will check that your order was successful.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are unable to cancel orders after payment has been made. However, you can return the parcel to us should you wish, and we will provide a refund when we receive it back.


DO YOU OFFER PREPAID RETURNS?

Accessories Room do not currently offer prepaid returns. We strongly advise that items are returned via a recorded method so that you can track the parcel.

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?

Please allow the Accessories Room team 7 working days to process your return & refund after it has reached our premises. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed. If you paid direct on credit/debit card, your bank can take 3-5 working days to show the refund.
